SKY RANCH REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Sky Ranch is “paperless” for our registration process wherever possible. We invite you to register online and at your convenience. You also have the ability to check back and update your information at any time. Important! Communication from us will come to you via email whenever available. Please do not delete email from us, as it may contain important information about your camp event or camper. Questions? Contact Us! (970) 493-5258.
Please note: All participants (youth or adult) are required to have a doctor’s signed physical during the 24 months prior to the last day of the camp session attending.
All youth participants are required to complete a Colorado Immunization Record.
All youth participants are required to have signed permissions from both a Parent and a Doctor for administration of prescription and non-prescription medications while staying at camp.
A Few Words About Group Reservations
- When you make a reservation, both your group and Sky Ranch make commitments to each other. If your group cancels later (or individuals in it), we find it very difficult to fill the vacancies, since most groups make plans early.
- Deposits are not refundable at any time. Before April 15, your group’s size may be reduced from the numbers you originally reserved and only the unused deposits are forfeit. After April 15, your group guarantees that it will pay the full camp fee for all spaces that are reserved at that date, even if there are fewer campers who actually participate in the program later.
- While it is not required that adult sponsors accompany a group, we welcome their presence.
Closing dates for registration for sessions will be three weeks prior to the event. If the minimum is not met at that time, the event will be cancelled and registered participants will be notified. Programs may fill early and will be closed upon meeting their maximum. If an event you choose is full, we will place you on the waitlist or you may register for a second choice. For those on the waitlist, if a spot opens, you will be notified by phone and asked to pay at that time.
