The mission of Sky Ranch is to facilitate an encounter with Christ on the mountaintop. We only succeed in our mission when we have people at camp. Help us by sharing our story with friends and neighbors and inviting them to come with you up to Sky Ranch!

A special note on pricing – Everyone that registers before April 1, 2015 will receive a $20 early registration discount. This means that everyone registered before then will receive 2014 pricing!

SCHOLARSHIPS

No participant is turned away from Sky Ranch because of financial position!

Each year, hundreds of youth are in need of financial support to attend a camping program. Sky Ranch offers scholarship assistance to support campers in need of aid to attend camp programs they would not otherwise be able to attend due to lack of financial resources. Many youth receive support to attend camp from their own congregations. But in some cases, congregations are not able to provide enough support, particularly those who are serving areas of significant need.

Scholarships are also requested by many who are not attending Lutheran churches who wish to offer a week of camp to their children or grandchildren, or to youth who may be in special circumstances, such as in foster homes. Regardless of church affiliation, or lack thereof, we will do everything possible to enable youth and families to attend camp.

FEES

Individual Deposits:
A deposit of 1/3 the camp fee per person is required at the time of registration.  The deposit is non-refundable, either to a congregation or individuals except in case of medical emergency.  A $25 handling fee is kept if a camper must cancel for one of these reasons.  Written notification from a health care provider is required.  Campers who must return home from camp early are not eligible for any refunds.  Balances remaining on camp fees are due three weeks prior to the arrival date for the camp session.  You will receive information in advance reminding you to return to the website to make those final payments.

Group Deposits:
Same as for an individual in addition to the following:  A deposit for someone who later cancels may only be transferred to another person with your congregation who substitutes for the one who cancels.  However, deposits may not be transferred to cover the remaining camp fees of other registrants.  Deposits are forfeit if there is no substitute for the canceling camper.  Therefore, it is important that you estimate as closely as possible to the numbers you will actually have.  You may later increase the size of your group by sending additional deposits.

Discounts:
Sky Ranch offers a sibling discount of $15 per family member in the same household.
